Our next member is Angela Tatum-Johnson. She is the one that Terry will have get the information out to everyone and keep the lines of communication open. You will hear from her a lot over the next year, as she is the one that will be sending reminders for our payment schedules and to get our passports in time. If you have any suggestions for the site, please let her know. Last, we have our dynamic duo, Jeff and Eva Charles. Jeff will assist Terry in gathering information, making decisions and communicating with Angela. Eva will be the one to make sure that Jeff accomplishes his tasks in a timely manner. Family Cruise Information Letter

Greetings Family & Friends:

I hope everyone is enjoying the new year thus far. As we normally do at this time of the year, it is time to think ahead about what we would like to accomplish this year that would enhance our lives. Several family members got together and came up with the idea for our wonderful extended family to take a family cruise together to celebrate the relationships we have nurtured over the years. So we have come up with the idea of taking a Carnival cruise leaving out of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida or New Orleans, Louisiana. The time frame we are thinking about is between February or March of 2009. The cruise will be for five (5) days and the price will depend on the number of participants we have in our party.

The places that we are considering is:

1. Nassau, St. Thomas, St. Marten
2. Key West, Grand Cayman, Ocho Rio, Jamaica
3.Nassau, Half Moon Cay, Grand Turk
4.Costa Maya and Cozumel, Mexico

When we finalize the destination, we will have flyers for everyone with all of the information.

Also, in order to go on this or any cruise, each person will need a passport. So if you are seriously considering joining your family and friends on this cruise, you need to get yourself and everyone that will be attending a passport. That includes children as well. Passports need to be applied for early due to the wait time for them to be issued.

The purpose of this letter is to get feedback on the amount of interest, comments, and any suggestions. We have a website where you may go to add comments or suggestions. It is www.itsafamilyaffaircruise.blogspot.com .This will also be a place where information will be posted and updated.

Please take the time to begin discussing the trip with others to see who is interested. This trip is not only open to family but also your closest friends as well. Let's do our best to get the biggest turnout possible. Spending time with family is a precious thing but spending time with family in a beautiful location will be priceless.
